(ENTEC) was formally established on June 9, 2020 by the Thai Cabinet as a focal point for local and international research and development cooperation. ENTEC’s R&D works aim for practical use in industries and social engagement.

Mission
Developing and building energy technology capability for both private and government sectors. ENTEC’s main activities are as follows:
- Conducting research and creating a body of knowledge to support Thailand Integrated Energy Blueprint
(TIEB). - Generating and transfering high-quality energy technology know-how to relevant stakeholders towards
palpable impacts. - Working hand-in-hand with both public and private partners, including international organizations, on research and development of energy technologies.
- Integrating major resources from various channels
for prompt actions and decisive accomplishment.
