The National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), a member of the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), aims to generate high-impact outcomes from our research, development and innovation and build capacity to increase the competitiveness of Thailand’s economy. The targets were set to promote investment of more than 500-million baht from industrial and agricultural sectors, and make a socio-economic impact worth more than 5 billion baht.

In 2022, 19 projects that ENTEC participated have been assessed for their outcomes and impacts. The result showed that ENTEC has contributed 1.27 billion baht to science, technology and innovation investment and generated more than 10 billion baht of impact to Thailand’s economy, society and environment.
