the\u00a0APEC PPSTI Workshop: \u201cAccelerating Low-Carbon Transition through Energy Transition and Circular Economy of Green Hydrogen\u201d\u00a0hosted by\u00a0Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), Malaysia\u00a0under the\u00a0APEC Policy Partnership on Science, Technology and Innovation platform for sharing knowledge and best practices on\u00a0Green Hydrogen\u00a0and\u00a0circular economy strategies\u00a0toward achieving carbon neutrality in the Asia-Pacific region. ENTEC delegates engaged in discussions to strengthen research cooperation, technology exchange, and the establishment of a regional \u201cHydrogen ASEAN Network\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">In the afternoon of\u00a016 October 2025, the team also attended the\u00a0ASEAN Energy Business Forum 2025 (AEBF-25)\u00a0at the\u00a0Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, where<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Dr. Visarn Lilavivat\u00a0served as a\u00a0speaker\u00a0in the\u00a0Parallel Session: \u201cPave the Way for ASEAN to Become a Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Global Hub\u201d,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">alongside experts from\u00a0Airbus, Argus Media, ASAFA, and Pertamina. The session highlighted technological innovations, infrastructure development, and investment strategies for scaling up SAF production in
