The event brought together eminent experts with experience in the fields of electric vehicles, smart manufacturing, and energy technology to share and discuss energy transformation approaches and Thailand deployment experiences. On this occasion, Mr. Stephen Su, Senior Vice President and General Director of the Industry, Science and Technology International Strategy Center, ITRI (ISTI\/ITRI) gave his opening remarks followed by presentations from invited speakers include.&nbsp;<\/p><p>(1) Dr. Nuwong Chollacoop, Director of Low Carbon Energy Research Group, National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC)&nbsp;<br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">(2) Dr. Titiporn Sangpetch, Chief of Power System Connection Planning and Cooperation, Department Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) <br>(3) Mr. Chanyut Chayawattana, Deputy CEO Energy Solution Management Co., Ltd. And Deputy CEO (Technology) Amita Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Energy Absolute Group <br>(4) Dr. Jirut Wattoom Technology Strategy and Partnership Manager, SCG Chemicals <br>(5) Mr. Ekachai Yimsakul, Executive Vice President, PTT Public Company Limited Managing Director, ARUN PLUS <br>(6) Mr. Curtis Ku, Thailand Country Director, Delta Electronics (Thailand) <br>(7) Mr. Jerry Hsu, Chairman, AcBel Polytech and <br>(8) Dr. Sumittra Charojrochkul, Executive Director of National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">In the webinar, the presentations and discussion centered around companies&#8217; energy transition strategies and practical experiences. The panelists suggested that it is significant to prepare the infrastructure to support electric vehicles and the development of renewable energy as well as pay attention to product design and its processes to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Furthermore, all enterprises should consider the demands and understand the rules and regulations for operating a business. Therefore, the seminar is expected to help businesses to better understand Thailand&#8217;s energy transition trends and to enhance business opportunities that will result in cooperation between Thai and Taiwanese enterprises on energy transition as well as drive Thailand to become the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing hub of ASEAN in the
