On June 11, 2024, the Thailand Energy Storage Technology Association (TESTA), in collaboration with the IEEE Power & Energy Society – Thailand organized the technical seminar, TESTA Forum #11 on the topic “Battery end-of-life-handling: Technology and Management” at the MEA Auditorium, 6th floor, Watthanawiphat Building, Metropolitan Electricity Authority Headquarters, Khlong Toei, Bangkok.
Dr. Pimpa Limthongkul, Director of Energy Innovation Research Group at the National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), and President of the Thailand Energy Storage Technology Association (TESTA), along with Dr. Natthanai Kunanuwat, a researcher from ENTEC participated in the event. At the event, Dr. Pimpa gave a presentation on the topic “Overview of the Battery end-of-life Management Situation in Thailand” and served as a moderator durint the panel discussion on “Issues and Recommendations for Battery end-of-life Management.” Additionally, Dr. Natthanai gave a presentation on his research titled “Advancements in Battery end-of-life Management.”
