On August 23, 2024, at the NECTEC Pilot Plant building in Thailand Science Park
Dr. Amornrat Limmanee, Head of the Solar Photovoltaic Research Team (SPVT), Energy Innovation Research Group (EIRG), National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), NSTDA, along with researchers, Dr. Taweewat Krajangsang and Dr. Nopphadol Sitthiphol welcomed students and faculty from Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Air Force Academy for a laboratory visit.
Dr. Amornrat provided an in-depth overview of ENTEC’s work, focusing on their cutting-edge research in solar photovoltaic technology. She highlighted the team’s efforts in developing advanced solar cell materials and systems, and their studies on performance evaluation and end-of-life management of solar cells. The students and faculty showed a strong interest in the presentations, engaging in discussions about ongoing research aimed at extending the lifespan of solar cells and exploring potential applications of solar cell technology in drones and small aircraft.
