The National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), hosted the opening ceremony for the Third Country Training Programme on “Energy Resilience Assessment: Towards Climate Adaptable Energy Systems.” The event was honored by remarks from Mr. Grisada Phakakarn, Director of Human Resources Development Cooperation Division, TICA, and Mr. Kazuya Suzuki, Chief Representative of JICA, emphasizing collaboration in energy technology development.
Dr. Sumittra Charojrochkul, Executive Director of ENTEC, outlined the objectives and officially opened the training program organized by the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Research Team, Low Carbon Energy Research Group. The program runs from November 18–27, 2024, aiming to build capacity in assessing energy transition resilience and enhance adaptive capabilities to climate and economic changes. Participants include representatives from Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Timor-Leste, Vietnam, and Thailand.
