Professor Dr. Sukit Limpijumnong, President of National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), together with NSTDA executives and Directors of five national centers, joined the press conference titled “Connecting Thailand’s Future toward a Year of Success with MHESI”. During the event, Dr. Sumittra Charojrochkul, Executive Director of National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), presented research and innovations in energy technology that address the country’s needs. These included swappable batteries for electric motorcycles, Advanced battery electrodes development, hydrogen production technology, supercapacitor materials derived from agricultural waste, autonomous electric minibus and a bio-based transformer oil with improved fire resistance and safety. These innovations are strategically aimed at driving economy growth, enhancing safety, and promoting sustainable development for Thailand’s future. NSTDA continues to strengthen its collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) to ensure that research and innovation remain central to Thailand’s Journey toward a prosperous and sustainable future.
