Researchers from ENTEC, NSTDA Selected as a Member of the Thailand Academy of Science and Technology (TAST) for 2025

Congratulations to Dr. Sumittra Charojrochkul, Executive Director of the National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), Dr. Nuwong Chollacoop, Director of the Low Carbon Energy Research Group, and Dr. Amornrat Limmanee, Team Leader of the Solar Photovoltaic Technology Research Team, who have been selected as Regular Members, as well as Dr. Boonyawan Yoosuk, Team Leader of the Clean Fuel and Advanced Chemistry Technology Research Team, who has been selected as an Associate Member of the Thai Academy of Science and Technology (TAST) for the year 2025.

The official announcement was made at the TAST Annual General Meeting.

This honorable recognition reflects the outstanding expertise and research achievements of Dr. Sumittra, Dr. Nuwong, Dr. Amornrat, and Dr. Boonyawan in driving advancements in energy technology through their continuous research and innovation efforts at ENTEC.

Furthermore, Dr. Lily Eurwilaichitr, Assistant Director of ENTEC, serves as a regular member and a member of the TAST Executive Committee, and Dr. Pimpa Limthongkul, Director of the Energy Innovation Research Group, is also a member of TAST. Their appointments reflect the strong capabilities, academic excellence, and significant contributions of ENTEC personnel to the advancement of science and technology research in Thailand.

The Thai Academy of Science and Technology (TAST) is an independent, non-governmental organization founded in 1997 by distinguished scientists and technologists. Its objective is to provide impartial scientific and technological advice to the government, organizations, and the public. TAST members and associates are selected through a recruitment process, where a subcommittee evaluates nominees based on established criteria.
