On November 9, 2023, National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC) hosted the Signing Ceremony for the Record of Discussions on Third Country Training Program for “Energy Resilience Assessment: Towards Climate Adaptable Energy Systems” agreed upon between Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) and National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), at Press Conference Room, 1st floor, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation Building (Yothi), Thailand.
During the event, congratulatory remarks were delivered by Mr. Kazuya SUZUKI, Chief Representative of JICA, and Mrs. Ureerat CHAROENTOH, Director General of TICA, following by the ceremonial remarks from Dr. Sumittra CHAROCHROJKUL, Executive Director of ENTEC. The event has endorsed the importance of the journey of energy resilience initiative taken by ENTEC since 2019, as well as the future vision, including the plan for the energy resilience assessment training for ASEAN and Timor Leste under this Third Country Training Program in February 2024.
