On January 12, 2024, at the MTEC building, Thailand Science Park
Dr. Sumittra Charojrochkul, ENTEC’s executive director, alongside Dr. Manop Masomtoband, Dr. Ukrit Sahapatsombut and Dr. Jiravan Mongkoltanatas, researchers from Energy Storage Technology Research Team, hosted a delegation from the National Institute of Metrology (NIM). The purpose of their visit was to explore collaboration on the project “Navigation Map for Metrology to Develop the Quality Infrastructure of the Electric Vehicle and Electronics Components Industry of the Future”ม funded by Program Management Unit for Competitiveness (PMUC), and to investigate metrological needs related to the electric vehicle industry, including instrument calibration and testing tools. Consequently, the Electric Vehicle (EV) Metrology roadmap will be developed and implemented promptly to contribute to the advancement of electric vehicle technology.
