ENTEC NSTDA participated in the 1st Thai Photovoltaic Science and Engineering Conference

On August 16, 2024, the National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), NSTDA, led by Dr. Sumittra Charojrochkul, Executive Director of ENTEC, along with Dr. Amornrat Limmanee, Head of the Solar Photovoltaic Research Team (SPVT), and other team researchers participated in the 1st  Thai Photovoltaic Science and Engineering Conference (Thai PVSEC-1) held at AMBER 1 Conference Room, 2nd  Floor, Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangkok,

This conference, organized by the PVSEC-36 and SETA 2024 committees, featured a comprehensive collection of solar cell research and development projects from across Thailand. The event covered various aspects of solar technology, including research, development, applications, and government promotional policies. At the event, Dr. Sumittra Charojrochkul, ENTEC’s Executive Director delivered an opening remark, while Dr. Kampanart Silva, an ENTEC researcher, moderated the event.

Throughout the conference, academics and researchers representing various organizations, presented their projects. Dr. Amornrat Limmanee of ENTEC’s Solar Photovoltaic Research Team (SPVT), presented on “The Development of Easily Recyclable Solar Panels and a Data Platform for Used Solar Panels to Promote Reuse.” Additionally, Dr. Taweewat Krajangsang, an ENTEC researcher, showcased his work on “The Development of Clip-on Tandem Solar Cells and Their Application as Power Sources.”
