The innovative lithium-ion battery packs and chargers were developed by the National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), the Natoinal Electrics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), the National Security and Dual-Use Technology Center (NSD), the National Sceince and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), and the Army Research and Development Office. The funding of this research was provided by Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI), Energy Policy and Planning Office, and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (Gap Fund).
Oska Holding Co., Ltd. had received technology transfer of this lithium-ion battery packs and chargers for industrial production. A press conference for the technology transfer was held on March 22, 2021 at the 31st Field Artillery Battalion, 1st Field Artillery Regiment, King’s Guard. This event was presided over by Major General Somboon Ket-in, Director of the Army Research and Development Office.
