On November 28, 2024, at the G Floor Multipurpose Meeting Room, Phrakhanong Office Building, PTT Public Company Limited
National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC) under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) participated in a highly insightful session. The event featured Dr. Pimpa Limthongkul, Director of Energy Innovation Research Group, and Dr. Amornrat Limmanee, Leader of the Solar Photovoltaic Research Team as keynote speakers at the training program titiled “New Trend and Technology for Solar and Energy Storage Systems: Project Analysis.” The program was specifically designed for personnel of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (PTTOR) to enhance their understanding of the latest trends in solar energy and energy storage technologies, as well as to support decision making in selecting appropriate technologies for their clients.
During the session, Dr. Pimpa discussed the advancements in Energy Storage System (ESS) technology and outlined pathways toward achieving Net Zero Emission goals, while Dr. Amornrat presented on “New Trend and Technology for Solar PV.” Both speakers shared their extensive expertise and research findings from ENTEC, offering participants a comprehensive view of significant energy technology trends at both the national and international levels. Their insights provided a valuable foundation for PTTOR professionals to develop and implement sustainable energy solutions tailored to their customers’ needs.
