The National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), led by Dr. Lily Eurwilaichitr, Principal Researcher, was invited to speak at the APEC Forum on Intelligent Wastewater Treatment and Digital Innovation, held at the Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel, Taiwan on September 8-9, 2026, organized by ITRI.
Her talk, “A Multidisciplinary Approach to Industrial Wastewater Solutions: From Biodiversity to Bioenergy,” presented ENTEC’s work on microbial fuel cells and hydrogen technology for turning industrial wastewater into clean energy — powered by microbial technology and machine learning, drawing on microbial resources from TBRC and BIOTEC.
The invitation reflects ENTEC’s growing recognition as a leading Thai energy research institute on the international stage — and a valuable opportunity to bring Thai research to the APEC community.
