Dr. Sumittra Charojrochkul, Executive Director of the National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), and Dr. Pimpa Limthongkul, leader of ENTEC’s Energy Innovation Research Group, together with a group of ENTEC researchers took part in welcoming Director General of the Naval Science Department RAdm. Apirom Ngernbumroong, and a team of naval officers from the Royal Thai Navy. The delegation was given a tour to ENTEC’s energy storage research facilities, as well as facilities at the National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, National Metal and Materials Technology Center, and National Nanotechnology Center. The purpose of this visit was to explore opportunities to further research collaborations towards the environment-friendly ‘Green Navy’.
