Congratulations to Dr. Nuwong Chollacoop, Director of Low Carbon Energy Research Group, LCRG) on being selected by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) to participate in “2023 KISTEP-TSTIC S&T Innovation Training Program for High-Level Policy Makers – Strengthening Competencies to Design and Implement STI Policies: Lessons from the Experiences of Korea” 25-28 July 2023 in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
The program, launched in 2009, is a collaboration between Korea Institute of S&T Evaluation and Planning (KISTEP) and International Science, Technology and Innovation Center for South-South Cooperation under the auspices of UNESCO (ISTIC) with the aim to enhance the capabilities of high-level policy makers from developing countries through sharing of Korea’s experience. The covered topics range from Korea’s nationwide science and technology policies to relevant techniques for planning, investment and evaluation, including hands-on practical sessions for in-depth discussions.
