Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the 16th academic exhibition at the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy. Dr. Sukit Limpijumnong, NSTDA’s president, along with researchers and NSTDA staffs, attended the event to deliver presentations and share research reports in the presence of Her Royal Highness.
Dr. Nopphadol Sitthiphol, Researcher from SPVT presented the project on “Lightweight Solar Modules,” designed with a new structure for reduced weight and increased strength. The front side of the solar cell panel used Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) instead of traditional glass, while the back side utilized durable Aluminum Composite material, making it suitable for various applications, particularly in solar-powered vehicles due to its lighter weight.
