On May 12, 2026, at VIE Hotel Bangkok – MGallery Collection, the National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), NSTDA, led by Dr. Kampanart Silva and the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Research Team, participated in the “Multi-Stakeholder Consultation on the Verification of KPI-2 of Thailand’s Sustainability-Linked Bond: Annual Registrations of Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Passenger Cars and Pick-Up Trucks,” organized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in collaboration with relevant agencies. The meeting aimed to exchange views and gather feedback on the verification process of Thailand’s Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) registration indicator.
During the consultation, Dr. Kampanart presented the progress of the KPI-2 verification activities and exchanged views with representatives from government agencies, private sectors, and international organizations to help shape practical approaches for supporting Thailand’s transition toward electric vehicles.
ENTEC plays a key role in providing technical support to UNDP for the preparation of Thailand’s KPI-2 verification report. Since 2024, ENTEC has continuously contributed to the verification process and remains actively involved in 2025. This ongoing collaboration reflects the strong partnership among government agencies, international organizations, academia, and related sectors in driving Thailand toward its Carbon Neutrality target by 2050.
